Billing Policies
We can bill at monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annual increments depending on the length of time you signed up for. We require a minimum three month contract. We accept checks & money orders.
What is your renewal procedure?
Ashrava Internet Services will automatically renew your account if your account is active on our servers. We send you an email 20-30 days prior to your next billing date at which time you can choose to cancel your account, or leave it as is and we will auto bill you for the next term. To close your account please see our refund policies.
Renewal billing batches are generated every business day, 7 days a week, for the previous day's renewals. That same day, an e-mail invoice is sent to each customer renewing in that batch. The batch is then closed. The customer's is then charged for each transaction in the batch.
What if my check or echeck payment is returned for Non Sufficient Funds (NSF) or any other reason ?
We will add a $30.00 fee to your account balance for each returned check or echeck we receive.
